Illuminati Store

Effective date: September 30, 2026

Servers: play.illuminati.onl

This page is the Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy for the Illuminati Store and the Illuminati Minecraft servers. By placing an order, using a package someone bought for you, playing on the servers, or joining our Discord, you agree to this page.

Checkout and card processing are handled by Tebex Limited (“Tebex”). Tebex’s checkout terms also apply to the payment: https://checkout.tebex.io/terms. Tebex’s privacy notice covers checkout and card data: https://www.tebex.io/terms-creator-agreement/privacy-policy. If those terms and this page both speak to the same payment step, Tebex’s checkout terms govern that step. This page governs the Minecraft servers, delivery of packages, refunds, and how we handle player information.

Nothing on this page removes a right that the law of your country does not allow us to remove.

Terms of Service

1. Who we are

“Illuminati,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the operators of the Illuminati Minecraft servers and the store at https://shop.illuminati.onl/. We are not Tebex, Mojang, or Microsoft.

Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB. This server is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.

2. What you are buying

Every package is a digital good for our servers. Packages can include lifetime ranks, kits, commands, extra homes, vault space, shorter RTP cooldowns, cosmetics, keys, crates, sigils, heart fragments, boosters, and any other virtual item listed on that package page.

You receive a personal license to use those perks on our servers while the package is still offered and your account is in good standing. The license is tied to the Minecraft account named at checkout. You do not receive ownership of the server, the plugins, or a real-world item.

Virtual ranks, currency, and items have no cash value. You may not sell a rank, a store package, or store currency for real money. Normal in-game item trading is allowed only where the server rules allow it.

“Lifetime” means the rank is not a subscription. The perks stay on that account for as long as the server mode you bought them for is running and the account keeps the rank. It is not a promise that the network will stay online forever. We may reset a season, change a plugin, or close a mode. Major changes are posted on Discord. A season reset, balance change, or shutdown is not a refund on its own once the package has been used.

The package page at the time you pay describes what you get. We may later adjust kit contents, cooldowns, daily rewards, or commands so the server stays fair. While the mode you bought is still running, we will not take away a rank you paid for except under section 6 (rules and bans) or the Chargebacks section below.

3. Who can buy

You must be allowed to play Minecraft under Mojang’s terms. The store is not aimed at children under 13. Do not buy if you are under 13. If you are under 18, buy only with a parent or guardian’s permission. That adult agrees to this page and is responsible for the payment.

Enter the correct Minecraft Java username at checkout. We deliver to that name. If you misspell it, open a Discord ticket as soon as you can. When the package is still unused, we will move it to the right account if we can. If the wrong account has already used it, we may not be able to get it back, and a typo does not by itself require a refund.

4. Delivery

Packages are delivered automatically after Tebex confirms the payment. Ranks and perks are applied to the username from checkout. You may need to be online, or join once, before the last commands finish.

A package is delivered when the rank, items, currency, or commands have been applied to that Minecraft account, or when they are waiting for that player to claim. Delivery is not the same thing as use. “Use” is defined under Refunds.

If the payment goes through and nothing arrives, open a Discord ticket with your Minecraft username, Tebex transaction ID, and package name. We will deliver the package or refund it, including after the 7-day window.

5. Prices

The price is shown on the store before you pay. Tebex charges the payment method you choose. Your bank, or Tebex, may add tax or a currency-conversion fee. We never see or store your full card number.

The order is complete when Tebex confirms the payment. A failed or reversed payment is not delivered. If a payment is reversed after we have already delivered the package, we remove it.

6. Server rules

Paying does not exempt you from the rules. Server rules are posted in-game and on Discord. We may mute, kick, or ban an account for cheating, harassment, exploiting, real-money trading, chargeback abuse, or any other rule break.

A punishment is not a refund. If the package is still unused and you are inside the 7-day window, you may still ask for a refund under Refunds. Used packages stay used.

We may delete items or ranks that were duplicated, exploited, or left behind by a reversed payment.

7. Store misuse

Do not use the store with a stolen card, a payment method you are not allowed to use, or to pressure staff into refunding a package that has already been used.

8. Disclaimer

The servers are provided as available. We work to keep them online. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, that a number on a perk will never change, or that a season will last a set number of days. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost items from a crash, lag, downtime, or a season reset, or for indirect loss. This page does not limit any liability the law says we cannot limit.

Refunds

You may request a refund within 7 days of the payment if the package is unused.

An approved refund is sent back through Tebex to the original payment method. Your bank can take extra days to show it.

9. When you qualify

All of the following must be true:

  1. You open the request within 7 days of the payment time on your Tebex receipt.
  2. The package is unused, as defined in section 10.
  3. The goods are still on the Minecraft account we delivered them to, so we can remove them. Items that were dropped, traded, mailed, or given away count as used.
  4. The same payment has not already been refunded or charged back.

The buyer makes the request. If the package was a gift, the recipient must not have used it, and we remove it from the recipient’s account before the buyer is refunded.

10. What “unused” means

Delivery is not use. Ranks and perks are applied as soon as the payment clears. The prefix showing up, or you logging in and playing normally, does not by itself use the package.

A package has been used if any benefit from that purchase has been taken, including:

  • Claiming the rank kit, or claiming a daily reward that comes from the rank
  • Spending, dropping, trading, mailing, or giving away sigils, heart fragments, keys, or other items that came with the package (including an on-purchase sigil pack)
  • Activating a booster that came with the package
  • Setting a home in a slot you only have because of that rank
  • Opening or storing items in a vault you only have because of that rank
  • Using a command you only have because of that rank (for example /craft, /hat, /workbench, /enderchest, /anvil, /rename, or /nick when that command was part of the package)

Ordinary play does not count: chat, mining, combat, building, and a normal /rtp are not treated as using the rank.

A one-time rank is all or nothing. If any benefit above was taken, the rank package is used and is not refundable.

For a stack of keys, crates, or similar items in one order, we refund only the units that are still unused and still on the account, at the price paid per unit, inside the same 7 days. If any store currency from a currency package has been spent, that currency package is used.

A second copy of a rank you already own, which added nothing, is unused. We remove the duplicate charge’s delivery (if any) and refund that payment when the rest of this policy is met.

Upgrading from a lower rank to a higher rank is a separate purchase. The upgrade can be refunded only if the higher rank’s new benefits were not used. The older rank stays.

11. How to ask

Open a ticket on Discord within 7 days: https://discord.gg/AuBat37mw4

Include:

  • Minecraft username on the order
  • Tebex transaction ID
  • Package name
  • A short note that you have not used it

We aim to reply within 7 days. If we approve the refund, we remove the rank, currency, and items from that purchase first, then send the refund through Tebex. If we decline it, we will say which benefit was already used.

Staff check delivery and claim records. The decision follows those records.

12. When a payment is not refundable

  • The package has been used (section 10), including partial use of a rank
  • The request is opened after 7 days, and the package was delivered
  • You ask only because you were banned, muted, or disliked a balance change, a season reset, or downtime, and the package was already used
  • The payment was already refunded or reversed
  • We reasonably believe the items were moved to another account to make the purchase look unused

A ban does not cancel an unused package that is still inside 7 days. You may still request that refund, and we will remove the unused goods.

13. Failed delivery

If Tebex shows the payment as complete and the package never reached the Minecraft account, we will deliver it or refund it. That applies even after 7 days. Contact us with the transaction ID and username.

If you typed the wrong username and the package is still unused, we move it. If the other player has already used it, we may not be able to refund it.

14. Chargebacks

If an order is wrong, ask for a refund under this page before you contact your bank. A chargeback or payment dispute on a delivered package lets us remove the rank, items, currency, and perks from that purchase. We may also ban the Minecraft account and any related account. A chargeback is not a second refund.

We may refuse or cancel an order that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, unauthorized, or in breach of this page.

Privacy

This part explains what the Illuminati Minecraft servers and the Illuminati Store collect, why we keep it, and who else sees it. It applies when you play on play.illuminati.onl, join our Discord, or buy from the store.

15. What we collect

Account and game data

  • Minecraft Java username and UUID
  • IP address used to join the server, and the time of the connection
  • Chat, commands, and other in-game actions needed to run the server and enforce the rules
  • Inventory, homes, vaults, ranks, kits, and similar gameplay records stored by our plugins
  • Punishment records (warns, mutes, bans) and the reason

Purchase data

When an order is paid, Tebex tells our servers what to deliver. We receive the Minecraft username, package name, transaction ID, amount, currency, and payment status. We may also receive the email address on the Tebex order so we can answer a support ticket. We do not receive your full card number, expiry date, or card security code. Those stay with Tebex and the payment provider.

Discord

If you join our Discord or open a ticket, we see your Discord username, Discord ID, and the messages you send us. If a plugin links Discord to Minecraft, we store that link so rewards and support can match the right account.

Store website

The store is hosted by Tebex. Tebex may set cookies and collect technical data (such as browser type and IP address) to run checkout and reduce fraud. Use the Tebex privacy notice linked at the top for that part of the site.

16. Why we use it

We use this information to:

  • Run the Minecraft servers and deliver the package you paid for
  • Apply and remove ranks, kits, currency, and items, including when a refund or chargeback requires removal
  • Enforce server rules, stop cheating, and investigate stolen-payment or chargeback abuse
  • Answer a Discord ticket or a Tebex buyer-support request
  • Keep payment records we need for a dispute
  • Keep the servers secure and fix crashes

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for third-party advertising.

17. Who we share it with

We share information only as far as we need to operate:

  • Tebex Limited - storefront, checkout, receipts, and refunds. Tebex is the payment processor.
  • Discord - when you use our Discord server or a ticket
  • Our game-server host - the machines that run the world and plugin databases
  • Mojang / Microsoft - Minecraft account identity, under their own terms, when you play

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to respond to a valid legal request, a payment dispute, or a fraud investigation.

18. How long we keep it

  • Server connection logs are kept for a limited time, then rotated, unless we need a specific log for a ban, exploit, or payment dispute.
  • Ranks, homes, inventories, and other gameplay data stay while you play and while we operate that server mode.
  • Punishment records stay for as long as the punishment matters, and longer if we need them to stop ban evasion.
  • Purchase and refund records are kept while we need them to prove delivery, handle a dispute, or meet accounting rules. Tebex keeps its own copy under Tebex’s retention rules.
  • Discord tickets are kept while we operate the community, unless you ask us to delete a ticket and we do not need it for a dispute or a ban.

19. Children

If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal information, contact us on Discord and we will delete what we can, aside from records Tebex or the law requires us to keep.

20. Your choices

You can ask us to:

  • Confirm the purchase and account data we hold about you
  • Correct a Minecraft username link that is wrong
  • Delete a Discord ticket or other data we do not need to keep for a ban, fraud review, refund, or legal duty

Open a ticket on Discord from the account you play on. Include your Minecraft username and, for a purchase, the Tebex transaction ID. We aim to answer privacy requests within 30 days.

Payment records held by Tebex have to be requested from Tebex as well. We cannot delete card details, because we never have them.

Players in the UK, the EEA, and other regions may have extra rights under local law (including access, correction, deletion, and objection). You can use the Discord ticket to make that request. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.

21. Security

We limit staff access to player records and payment details to people who need them for support, delivery, and moderation. No method of storage is perfectly secure. Minecraft usernames and in-game chat are visible to other players by the nature of the game.

Changes

We may update this page. The date at the top will change when we do. The version on the store when you pay applies to that purchase, except where the law requires a later change. Using paid perks after we post an update means you accept the updated page for that later use. An update does not take away a refund you already qualify for on an unused package inside its 7-day window.
